All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
